BluArk ADHC Solutions may change, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or any part of the Sites in its sole discretion with or without notice. BluArk ADHC Solutions is not liable if all or any part of a Site is, for any reason, unavailable at any time or for any period. BluArk ADHC Solutions reserves the right to block or deny access to any of the Sites to anyone at any time for any reason. Refund Policy
At BluArk ADHC Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate health care services. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for all clients enrolled in our health care programs. BluArk ADHC Solutions abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, YOU agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Services offered by BluArk ADHC Solutions. YOU further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such Service(s), YOU are taking full responsibility and YOU agree that you will not request a refund. To ensure fair access and proper scheduling, a 14-day grace period applies to new client enrollment during blocked time frames. Please note that this period is non-refundable, as it reflects reserved service availability and preparatory efforts.
BluArk ADHC Solutions , “BluArk” has a no-refund policy with the exception stated below:

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Discontinuation of Service Requesting Refund:
1) Client and or Representative will notify the center within twenty-four (24) hours of the participant not being able
to attend BluArk health care service programs.
2) Client and or Representative will notify the center in writing two (2) weeks in advance of termination of service.
3) Client and or Representative is responsible for paying regularly as specified in Service Agreement contract,
whether the participant continues to come for the remainder two (2) weeks of discontinuation of company
services notification.
4) Should monies have been paid in advance, this will result in those funds being refund minus 14 day grace period.
A 14-day grace period is observed during blocked enrollment windows for new clients. During this time, services are reserved and administrative resources are allocated. As such, refunds are not available for this grace period.
Refund Timeline and Cancellation:
1) Minus Accumulated Service Fees (including deposit, supplies, etc)
2) Minus Administrative or Cancellation Fees (if applicable)

Exceptions to this policy requires executive approval. This refund policy pertains to all BluArk ADHC Solutions facilities and agencies which provide services.
